This year we had a fun St. Patrick's Day. It was nice that it was on a Saturday. Well, the morning didn't start out super great since Jason and Joshua watched K-State lose in the NCAA tournament. But after that, we ate cream of asparagus soup for lunch, wore our green clothes, and ate Irish stew, colcannon, and mint-chocolate-chip ice cream for dinner.
