K-State made the NCAA tournament as a No. 8 seed, and today was the opening game of the tournament. We were matched up against No. 9 Southern Miss. K-State played fairly well and won the game, while Southern Mississippi's band proved to be both racist and stupid. Nick, Tony, and I met at a bar in Overland Park to watch the game together.
