Is there a Sheragioma?
Since shortly after she was born, Clara's had a little lump on the outside of one of her eyelids. We'd asked the pediatrician about it, and they said it was a hemangioma and didn't seem worried. But after last month's appointment, they said we might as well have it looked at. So today I took Clara to a pediatric dermatologist to have it examined. Fortunately, as expected, they said it's harmless and will go away in a few years, although they said there is the option of a topical medication which should make it go away sooner. We were pretty sure it was nothing serious, but it was good to get that confirmation.
