Because we have children/babies and pets, sometimes unpleasant things happen to our carpets. Vacuuming and hand-cleaning the carpets just doesn't get the job done, and renting a steam cleaner is expensive. Several years back we decided to address this problem by buying our own steam cleaner. This has proven to be a worthy investment. We don't need to use it often, but when we do, it does a really good job. Our house is about due for it, so tonight I started by clearing all but the biggest items from our living room floor and giving the carpet a needed deep clean.
