Wrapping It Up

Today our advent project was to make gift wrap for our Christmas gathering on Saturday. I was a little nervous because I decided to do paint for this one and I wasn't sure how that would go and I didn't really want to mop. But it went really well. Joshua got the stamping motion pretty well and then he also enjoyed some finger painting. I feel like it's important to give of yourself when you give gifts, not just stick some random object in a box and I really hope that I can pass that idea on to the kids, so I really enjoyed this project. We are doing some more gift wrap next week and we are going to try a different technique, so we'll see how that goes too.
